Invitation Template is not being applied on WebRTC

Greetings,

I am configuring a new CMS 2.3. I've finished the invitation_template file and copied it to a web server.

The template had been applied on the Meeting Server App, but WebRTC does not use it from some reason.

Can anyone suggest how to troubleshoot the issue, or what might be the problem?

Do you have a branding license?
Did you follow all the steps customization guide, making sure the invitation_template.txt file meets all the requirements noted in section 4.1.2?

Thank you for your reply.

I've opened a TAC case and unfortunately this is a bug in CMS 2.3 - CSCvh30015. Currently there’s no ETA for a fix/release..
