Hi
When scheduling a CMR event, we are looking to find out if there's a way to invite TMS machines. So rather than dialing the SIP number manually, the endpoint would have the event appear in its calendar, and the user can just click the join button to enter the meeting.
Does anyone know if there's a way to send an ICS invite to TP machine registered with TMS?
Thank you
Jacov

Is this a scheduled conference in TMS?
If so, simply add the endpoints to the conference, they can either be connected automatically using Automatic Connect or be presented with a Join Meeting button if using OBTP.

We're looking to schedule a WebEx CMR conference, and send the invite to the relevant endpoints. So we wouldn't be scheduling in TMS, but rather in WebEx.
Would that be possible?
Thanks

It's called OBTP for CMR Cloud and is a feature of TMSXE 5.2 and later, take a look at the TMSXE Deployment Guides for more details.
The gist of it is that you have a room mailbox for your TMS managed endpoints in Exchange, you schedule your WebEx meeting using Productivity Tools and add the endpoint's room mailbox to the meeting, TMSXE will detect that the endpoint has been invited to a WebEx meeting and create the conference in TMS.

Thank you Patrick.
Will take a look at the guide and see if we're able to develop with this.
