Could you give us some more information about your situation/scenario? The reason I ask is that you have posted this requested on the TelePresence forums so I'm trying to understand if you are using the IP Phone somehow related to TelePresence. With the legacy CTS systems you can use the IP Phone for Control of the system. If that is the case then you can reference this configuration guide below:
If you're referring to how you should configure an IP Phone and/or Call Manager we can get you pointed into the directions of Call Manager deployment guides but it will help to know which version of Call Manager you are using.
