Dears,
i have TP system endpoints registred in cucm and TP servers and Conductor involved along with TMS in infrastructure.
we have around five SX80 devices and one IX5000 installed. the issue is like whenever i am scheduling the conference in SX devices its working and schedule conference is connected . But in IX i am getting an error , popup in touch10 like " abnormal termination reason - configuration missmatch issue"
Please note i am scheduling the conference via TMS (ver 15.4)
Kindly help me to resolve this .
