Hi, I have recently installed an IX5000 and when pressing the Contacts softkey on the Touch 10, only shows 9 contacts.
There are over 60 units installed. I have MX series endpoints which display ALL 60+ endpoints from UDS on CUCM.
CUCM Version: 10.5.2.11900-3
IX5000 S/W version: IX.8-1-2
One other question I have: I dont have TMS installed at present, but is TMS phonebook source supported on UCM for the IX5000?
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the reply Danny... I have since learnt that I am hitting BugID: CSCux03862 IX5000 IX8.1 directory search limited to 9 results https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCux03862
This issue has been around from November last year, and no ETA on a fix yet!

Hi.
TMS phonebooks on IX systems are currently not supported. It was expected to be available with the next IX firmware in July and TMS, but I have not seen anything in the latest release notes for the latest IX firmware that just came out.

TMS phonebook for the IX5000/IX5200 systems is currently not supported.
However, support for phone book on IX endpoints is expected to be added in Cisco TMS future releases.
