Hi Guys

getting the below with Jabber MRA , the same user can login from inside network

pls not the the zone is Active between EXP-C and EXP-E also the tunel in Active with CUCM 10.5 ,

If you have an IMP server in your environment, do you have a TFTP server configured there?

CUCM acts as TFTP , pls note Jabber can log in from inside

I was talking about the setting in IMP that indicates where a CUCM TFTP server is not that the IMP was a TFTP server, but since you don't have one that is irrelevant.

Is it just this one user? If so, have you tried resetting the Jabber Client to see if that clears the problem?

Can you post more of the Exp-C log files? This error will not appear without surrounding information that can help us figure out what the problem is.
