I am facing this issue:
Using Jabber MRA, everything is doing well: (CUCM 11.5 expressway: X8.9.1)
- Service discovery ok
- User authentication ok
- Softphone registration ok
- Hard phone control ok
- Unity Connection message access ok
- IM&Presence conversation ok
Except directory lookup.
I am using simply UDS, without any credentials, in Jabber log, after ettemting a lookup I can see 404 error. (When testing inside the domain loopkup works well)
The reason seems to be that the "Base URL before encoding" contains UDS server IP address instead of his hostname.(domain.com/https/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/8443)
When I check such the resolution in a Browser effectively it does work when I encode with the hostname (domain.com/https/cucm-pub/8443) but not with the IP address.
I can't find where I can resolve this issue because Expressway is configured with hostnames
The CUCM Service Profile is just configured with "Use UDS for contact resolution" checked.
Any help would be appreciated
