Going through different posts in this forum I came to one where someone mentioned the free service for Jabber Video hosted by Cisco which is found on the following link.
https://www.ciscojabbervideo.com/home
Can someone give an explanation of how this works.
It seems to be a cheaper solution and useful for small depolyments.

You can dial a public IP addreses by dialing "jabber@IPaddress".

Support forum for "free" JabberVideo:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/netpro/small-business/jabbervideosupport?view=overview
It's similar to JabberVideo aka Movi, however, it is hosted by Cisco, so you don't need the infrastructure required to run the "enterprise" version; such as TMS, Movi licenses, VCS etc - guess you could call it a "cloud version".
See the docs in the support forum for details re firewall ports and other relevant information.
Great alternative to Skype as far as I'm concerned as it allows these users to connect to/from our Cisco/TANDBERG end-points and our "enterprise" JabberVideo users. Works great for us.
Should point out that it is not limited to work with Cisco/TANDBERG end-points, it is standards based, so it works with any standards based system or client.

This is good service to start familiar with TelePresence Solution or adapting the business with UC especially for small deployment.
However please make sure carefully read though term and conditions, http://www.cisco.com/web/siteassets/legal/terms_condition.html.
As this is cloud base service, customer won’t have control for service availability (i.e. postpone system maintenance during important conference, etc.)

Using this same hosted service can you make calls between two Jabber Video endpoints?
If yes:
(1). How do I signup and signin for service?
(2). How do I obtain a video address?

You may call between Jabber Video client as well as other Endpoint/UA which has global connectivity by dialing URL.
(1). How do I signup and signin for service?
You can sign up your Jabber video account from https://www.ciscojabbervideo.com/home.
Click “Get Jabber Video” then fill out all required fields then click “Sing up”.
You will receive additional information on e-mail address that you registered.
(2). How do I obtain a video address?
Jabber video address will be xxx@jabber.com.
You will create your alias during sign up phase but domain fix with jabber.com.

Need to setup something like shown in the figure below:
Questions:
(1). Will such a solution work without the need of extra componets?
(2). Can I do multisite calling with the SX-20 hosting different Jabber Video endpoints?

Hi Kelvin
Your scheme is work.
No additional extra components is not needed.
SX20 must have public IP and multisite option.
For call to public IP (SX20):

Hi Oleksandr,
Sorry I didn't understand the english very well.
From what I picked you are saying my setup will work with just what I have in the diagram (SX-20 and Jabber Video clients). No need for other components like VCS etc.
Please confirm that I picked the right things.

Hi Kelvin
Yes. No need additional components like VCS etc.
You only need Public IP for you SX20. For conference you SX20 must have multisite option.

From what I had red before, the free cisco jabber service does not support dialing
ip addresses, nor hostnames. not sure if this changed, maybe a srv record could be a workaround.
Anyhow, I would strongly recomend to use a VCS-E for the endpoint registration to support
proper in and outbound uri dialing and firewall traversal.
It can be your own or you might find a service providing registrations. If you are in europe, feel free
to contact me for such a service. :-)
In the US Cisco offers that hemselfs as "callway" http://www.callway.com
