First, Thanks all for any help !!
My problem started when NetAdmin pushed Java 8 update on all our virtual server. Phonebook server went down (SQL).
Current system
TMS 14.3
VCS 8.2.2
TMSPE 1.1
- sql admin restored the phonebook but tms wont connect after restore (still java 8) to phonebook.
- tmspe 1.1 was uninstalled and during the re-installation - error occured "java runtime"
- java 8 was uninstalled and re-installed Java 7 updated 17 from notes re-installing TMSPE 1.0/1.1 both rundll32 error message
- no TAC was opened and snap shot to last known profile of the virtual server was not done at this time (suspecting netadmin did not do a snap shot of virtual server prior to update).
any suggestions or comments will be appreciated.

Hi Mark, when Java is upgraded in a production TMS server, it will break the TMSPE. Best approach now is to
1. Stop the TMSPE services on the TMS server
2. uninstall java,
2. uninstall TMSPE (ensure you have a back up of TMSPE database).
4. Reinstall Java 7, update 51.
5. Using local admin account for TMS application, and this Account must also have admin rights on the server, install TMSPE 1.1 and point it to your TMSPE directory. You will need to know the SA password for the TMSPE database.
Let me know if this fixes your issue.
Regards,
Darren
