Lifesize to Cisco Room Kit video Calls

We have a Cisco Webex Room Kit registered to CUCM 12.5. The environment also has VCS C and E 12.5. The Room Kit is using SIP currently and we need to make calls to it from a number of Lifesize video devices currently using H323.

What would be the recommended solution to accomplish this? Doing some research I see that we can register the Lifesize devices to call manager although this would require additional licensing. Would that be the preferred method or is there a more advisable way to make these calls possible?

Would the H.323 endpoint be registered on an external service if not registered to CUCM?

Of course having both endpoints registered to the same call control platform is probably the simplest method for all.

Otherwise, if the endpoint is external, and you would need to setup a few rules in CUCM and Expressway to direct the call.

You can then add user friendly translations as well.
