H323 IP dialing from CUCM over Expressway

Hi,
I have video devices like (spark room kit, kit plus, SX80, kit mini etc.), these devices are registered to CUCM ver 11.5.
Requirement:
There is an external H323 video conference call, and I want to dial a public IP address from these devices over expressway servers, so I created search rule in Exp-E to manipulate when this particular IP address hits as sip uri replace it with IP only but it is not working and says no route to destination.
Could you help me achieving this task.

Where are you seeing the error.

CUCM, Expressway-C, or Expressway-E?

 

Take a look at the guide from Cisco and make sure you have everything in place as sugested.
