Limit access to CMR via user portal?

I wonder if there's a possibility to limit access via the TMS user portal.

I only want select users to have access to their CMR but in the TMS Group permissions there is no setting for CMR access.

Is there another way?

CMR access is based on who the CMR template has been applied to, if you want to limit access you'll need to setup some groups for those that you want the template to be applied to, and those you do not.  That's the only way that I know of.
