Locked out of Cisco Meeting Server 1000/2000

Running into an issue where all the accounts on both a CMS1K and CMS2K server are locked out, due to a misunderstanding of the CLI command user rule max_idle (was set as user rule max_idle 1).

What can we do to regain access to these systems, or otherwise unlock one of the accounts?

Mr. Eluvathingal,

Unfortunately we aren't using an Acano X-Series chassis. From what I saw, we are using either the Cisco UCS B200 M4 or Cisco UCS B200 M5 blades in a Cisco UCS 5100 series chassis.

Also, if I'm understanding that second link correctly, for the VM CMS, we're basically out of luck?
