Maintenance Mode and Reboot issue

We have been experience issues with our Telepresence Integrators C series.

During meeting they go into Maintenance Mode and then reboot them selves.

We have swapped all the codecs in the rooms with the issue san dup graded the firmware to 7.3.12.

Issue looked like it went away, but is reoccurring on the same rooms where the codec was swapped out.

There is no pattern for time of day, or what room when.

What can cause this to happen - Network - Power - ?>?? we are a bit stuck to with where to go next.

Are you able to see anything in the log files?

If you swapped the codecs etc from one room to another, and the issue remains in the room, it could be something with the network, or a connected peripheral device. One person a few months back had an SX80 running TC7 software and the codec was restarting randomly throughout the day, changing the IP assignment from DHCP to static resolved their issue.

We have ours on static already. Will need to investigate network.

Try changing the IP address to something else as, if you have it statically assigned, someone else may have statically assigning the same IP address to something else - then you're getting an IP conflict when that other device is turned on and possibly causing your crash.
