Making Calls from CTS 3200 to the outside world

Dear ALL,

My company is currently doing an installation of Cisco 3210 Tele-presence  and we want to test the setup by dialing in to

other company T P .

We were told that we can not dial any other TP outside our enterprise except through Jabber. How correct is this info.

the setup has Cisco UCS 200 , VCS Control and content server.

What can we do to be able to use the setup to conference in other parts of the world? say from Nigeria to Dubia etc.
