Hi
I have 3 Cisco phones with individual extension, I now need to configure these there numbers masking should be one.
Direct numbers: 03 0001 0001
03 0001 0002
03 0001 0003
How can these numbers be masked behind with 1300 123 456 so that when users dial out, people outside will see only this 1300 123 456, not the actual extension.
Can someone help me how to configure in Call Manager 9?
Regards
Robi

There is many ways you can do this,
The easiest for you as I do not have the full setup of your cluster would be on the route pattern like below
Other options are Route Group, Gateway with calling party transformation or on the VG itself with a translation rule but depends on your setup as to what works best for you.

There is a number mask field in the DN configuration. That is what I use. But you also have to make sure you check the option "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask" in the Gateway configuration.
