Maximum capacity for MRA or SIP proxy registration in Expressway

I have some confusion regarding MRA or sip proxy registration capacity in Expressway

in SRND 14

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/uc_system/design/guides/UCgoList.html
they mentioned small ova node supports up to 2500 proxy registration while in Expressway Capacity and Sizing document it mentions 200 only

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/expressway/admin_guide/X14-0-2/exwy_b_cisco-expressway-administrator-guide-x1402/exwy_m_expressway-capacity-and-sizing.pdf

I personally would go with the numbers in the Expressway Administrator guide or with your second link.
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/expressway/admin_guide/X14-3/exwy_b_cisco-expressway-administrator-guide-x143/exwy_m_expressway-capacity-and-sizing-x143.html#capacity-guidelines-for-standalone-systems

The numbers in the SRND seem way to high for MRA registration only.
Furthermore, the SRND has a footnote for the table with the capacities, which makes a different:

In the administrator guide, you have 2 separate tables for the capacities, with fast path disabled (default) and fast path enabled.

Thanks @b.winter  for your reply. Actually I have small ova with single deployment (one EXP-C and one EXP-E) in my company and MRA registration usually exceed 500 at EXP-E status page without any impact on the performance
