MCU 4501 H323 Gatekeeper Problem!

Hello  cisco world Ii'm new and i hope that with your help i will soon be able to work with the VCS and the MCU

The problem is

I cannot register the h323 to the VCS

h323 gatekeeper : Enabled

h323 gatekeeper address : the address of the vcs

gatekeeper reg type : mcu standard

mandatory h323 id to register : mcuatprobadotbg

password :empty

and the other fields are empty

in the SIP page everything is OK and it is with status Registered but on the h323 page the results are :

h323 gatekeeper status name resolved to the ip of the vcs

Registered address  not registered

Alternate gatekeeper available  0

Ok.

First, you need setup properly NTP on VCS and MCU

Thanks a lot problem solved! I reconfigured the NTP server and some other stuff and it worked thanks again!
