Hello dear friends , my name is Svetoslav and i want to ask you the following question :
I reseted the MCU because i didn't had the admin name and password. Now there is a banner : "PRODUCT NOT ACTIVATED Activation key required"
My question is - what should i do now,can that be a problem to create a conference, because i try to make a conference in the menu ->Settings->SIP there is an inscription - > Registred, but when i set Numeric ID to 1 for example and try to create a conference on registration there is Registration Failed... SIP registar ID Unable to register...
I'm new at this and please do not laugh a lot Can the PRODUCT NOT ACTIVATED banner be the problem ? Thanks !

Hi,
This is hapenning because the MCU lost its license key. When reseting the password, you should backup your license key before doing anything. See this link:
To retrieve your license key, you can use Cisco license page:
1 - Go to https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/Quickstart
2 - Go to Get existent >> Tandberg license
3 - Insert the serial number of the MCU and retrieve the license
4 - Insert the license on MCU in the "Upgrade" page
If you are not able to use this page, please, contact Cisco GLO team by sending an email to licensing@cisco.com, so that Cisco will help you to retrieve the licenses.
I hope this help.
