MCU 5310 audio participant, no video

I have MCU 5310 with 4 HD port capacity

But fourth participant gets to the conference only with audio, if I remove one of the participant it will show video

I mean it can do video call only for three users

where I can check it or how I can troubleshoot it?

Can you tell us or provide a screenshot from the Status > Conferences page?

Are you displaying content during the conference?

From what I can tell from the MCU 5300 Series Help Guide, it doesn't have dedicated content ports, so I believe if you're displaying content you might be using a video port, though I'm not sure.

Hello, yes I solved problem, as you saying the problem was that one port was always allocated by content channel, I didn't understand why it is working in this way, even there is no any content sharing it always allocates one port, I disabled it.
