MCU A/V ON CODIAN ISSUE

Symptom ... three sites dial into three MCU's in different locations.

Three sites have good A/V dial into the same MCU's at location A and B .

Now the same three sites dial into MCU at location C and two of the tree have no A/V.

MCU A and B are Codian 4320's.

MCU C is also an Codian 4320.  (C is the problem).

Site A and B have the same ce9.8.1 version installed but site A is an MX800 and site B is a DX80.

Site C is a Ex60 with TC7.3.15 on it.

The systems that dial into the MCU with no A/V on the MCU is site C and A.  ???

Any ideas ??

I have played with changing MTU and encryption but no  change ??

No A/V between two sites is almost always a firewall issue between them

It sounds from your description that endpoints "A". "B' and "C" can all talk to MCUs "A" and "B", but endpoints "A" and "B" are having an issue getting to MCU "C".

You need to check the network and firewalls between the sites to see that all the required ports are available between all of the ends of the calls.
