MCU - Merger call failed

Hi All,

i have a problem with the merge Conference call in MCU 5310 when the participant already have 9 user in active call,

when the other endpoint want to join to the call it failed to merge.

CUCM 10.5

IM&P 10.5

MCU 5310

the license on the MCU is nHD video port : 16

endpoint : Sx20 and Jabber desktop

the endpoints is registered to cucm and MCU also connect via sip trunk to CUCM.

the scenario is :

the endpoint sx20 make call one by one to the jabber client and merge to conference

- sx20 call to jabber1

- sx20 call to jabber2 then merge

- sx20 call to jabber3 then merge

- until the jabber8,

when the jabber9 want to join, on the sx20 showing merge failed.

the license MCU is 16 session nHD.

sometime that can join (conference) until 10 user.

please help.

Does the MCU try and connect to the additional participant being merged into the conference, what error messages does the MCU say when trying to connect to this particular participant?

how can i check the error?

the MCU that i using is as a media resource on CUCM.

but i join the MCU to CUCM, i using the Sip trunk.

it is posible the problem is on the region?

because the conference between HQ and Sites.

No problem is not with Region.
i think capacity of user exceed while joining through CM, So You can add participant manually or You have to check Template in Conference section of MCU.
