Meeting buttons missing Cisco Phone 7975 TP + CTSMan

Guys,

Do you any experience with meeting button in Cisco Phone 7975 TP ? I have experience that my Cisco Phone 7975 doesn't show up meeting button. I Use CUCM 7.1.5, CTSMAN 1.6, CTMS 1.6, Exchange 2007.

Do you have any clue ?

Please check if this phone is subscribed for midlet service.

Hi Rizal,

Please check the free memory of CTS - Manager as well. Sometimes, because of no adequate memory - OBTP doesn't shows up on the IP Phone.

Please check and revert.
