Meetings deleted via Outlook client re-appear, pushed from TMS

We are new customers and are just installing TMS and TMSXE, with Exchange 2013 and outlook 2010

Everything is working great except we can't properly delete or cancel meetings.

When a meeting is created on the calendar of a resource, such as a video enabled conference room,  and then cancelled, after a short period of time goes by and when TMS syncs the meeting re-appears pushed from TMS with no subject or other meeting info.

Has anyone else resolved this issue?

Hi,

I have a similar issue with a new deployment.

If a meeting is cancelled via outlook I notice that the room calendar also updates intially.

The corresponding conference booking on TMS however does not get deleted.

After a period of time (think its 4 minutes) the booking will re-appear in the room calendar. This is becuse the TMS still believes there is a meeting.

Were you able to resolve your problem?
