anyone got any idea why Cisco room kit EQ running software version 11.9.2.4 does not have the ability on setup to choose microsoft teams platform? the only option is Cisco RoomOS

Hi,
Please follow this steps:
- Factory reset the Room
- install CE version 11.5.3 from here https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286331678/type/280886992/release/RoomOS%2011.5.3.3
- Register the Room to webex.
Let it upgrade and reset it again.
