Migrating to TMS15.0

I am migrating an old 13.2.1 TMS system to 15.0.

In the doc TMS Server Migration

It talks about restoring the backup using a sql cli command for Server 2005 or 2008.  Will the same commands be used to restore to sql 2012?

Just want to check before I crash everything.

I'm not sure about the CLI commands as I'm not an SQL admin, but if you have access to SQL Management Studio, you could use it to perform the necessary backup and restore.
