Hello everybody!
Can someone please help?
There is a vcse server (not virtual), version 7.2 with several options keys.
The task is to migrate the server to the virtual machine and update.
Purchased:
SWSS UPGRADES Order L-VCS-PAK for Cisco CON-ECMU-LVCSE5 - 1Year
SWSS UPGRADES E-Delivery Virtual VCS Expy Migration CON-ECMURVCSEXPMVCSE MIGRATION TO A VM
I did not find instructions specifically for this situation, and since the server is used very often, I need to know when the old server (non-virtual) will stop working and the new one will work.
And of course, step by step instructions would help a lot.
Thank you .

See @Anurag Srivastava1 's answer for the how - the answer to the second part of your question - when will the old one stop working - the answer to that is it wont - it will keep working until you turn it off or remove it from your environment.
The agreement you make with Cisco when performing this migration is that you will abide by the rules and stop using and turn the old one off as soon as you can following your migration to the new one, but you are usually still able to use the old one in a lab (non-production) environment.

Hello,
Please see the below installation link for VCS
Best way will be first deploy same version VM server and then take the backup of config and upload it to new server
and you can then rehost the licenses to new serial number from old one and upload it to new with all same options that you have on appliance.
Thanks
