Hello,
a custumer want to change Softkeys in the Call State "Digits after first
ON Hook". But this Call State ist Missing in CM6.1(2). "Digits after first
OFF Hook" exists. Is this normal ??
Why can i use the "undefined key" in softkey template only once ? I use it as a placeholder but i can use it only once per Call State. So i can't leave two Softkeys blank. Is this a bug ?
Thanks for help
Kind Regards
Ralf

Hi Ralf,
Which state softkey he wants to add for Digits after first during onhook ? I dont remember any version in which we cannot edit this. Not too much that we can do after entering first digit.
If he wants to remove AbbrDial this is not possible.
For the softkeys this is not a bug, this is WAD (working as design) You cannot create softkeys except within an IP Phone service.
If you really require the changes to be made,
speak with your Account team, Cisco SE to submit a PERS.

Hi,
thanks for the answer.
But you cannot edit digits after first onhook, because it is not existend in Cisco Callmanager 6.x ! Believe me :-) !
If you wish i can sent you a screenshot :-) !
In this state the costumer want only change the positions of the softkeys.
Kind Regards
Ralf
