Missing recording from Tandberg Content Server

I have a missing recording from 2-20-2020.  I see in the TMS logs that it connected to the TCS at the correct time and released it at the correct time.  The user says he saw the content server as a participant in the MCU during the call, as it is supposed to be.  Attached are said logs from my TMS.  I think the recording must have gotten hidden somewhere?  This is a recurring weekly meeting and I've not had this problem before.  All other meetings seem to be recording just fine.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
