We are successfully using MRA with Jabber and many EX90 endpoints. We are using CUCM 10, a separate VCS-C/E (8.2) for MRA and all is working well but we have run into a bug. My users that have EX90s connecting to UCM via MRA can do calls just fine for point to point, however when they call our telepresence servers (4.0) the calls drop after exactly 15 mins and 7 secs every time. This is happening on multiple users and every single time they call one of our bridges (which are controlled by Conductor / VCS) the calls get dropped at 15m 7 secs.
Any ideas? Feels like a setting somewhere on CUCM is causing this but can't figure out why a P2P call works fine but a TPS call does not.

Well considering that voice and video is latency sensitive, I would assume qos policies somewhere haven't been configured, or improperly configured.
