If you have the MultiSite licences on all (or at least a critical number) of your devices, you could use that to dial in more than the usual 4 parties to a conference. The resulting layout may be a little ordinary, but it's possible. Examples of this have been given in other threads if you do a search - one example is multiparty-conferencing-quick-question.
Failing that, you will need to use some sort of bridging facility, whether this be a Cisco MCU, Cisco TelePresence Server, Acano, Pexip, WebEX Cloud, or a myriad of other solutions that are available, that'll all depend on the capabilities you want, the budget you have and whether you want it in house or in cloud.
