MRA + Conference Now

Hello,

when we call to conference now without expressway all works fine. When we call through MRA dtmf doesn't work, we can't enter conference number.

Pls, any advise.

Expressway 12.5. CUCM 11.5, Jabber 12.8

When I call through MRA to UCCX IVR dtmf works. If I enable mtp at CUCM phone settings, it also work.

P.s. I don't have sip trunk to expressway c.

I suggest you open a TAC case to have this looked at, most of the similar issues I've seen involved a SIP trunk/CUBE in the call flow or older versions of expressway that had issues with DTMFs.
