MSE 8510/8710 Blades and Customised image

Hi ,

       we have a customer requirement to upload the customised image to the MSE 8510/8710 balde. Basically when they call the AUTO Attendant or VMR, they don't want to see the Codian image (built in) and need to see their own custom made image with the custome made audio.

I know we can upload the custom made audio files. can we upload the Static image (like a company logo) as a customisation package?.

Note: TANDBERG products (MCU, ISDN GW ) had this option to upload the custom made image.

Hi Chris,

How are you?.

You can upload a banner for Auto attendant in MSE 8510

       1. Go to Conferences>Auto attendants

       2. Click on the name of configured Auto attendant.

       3. Click on the banner tab

       4. Upload the banner file and select it.

       5. Click update.

You can also remove or overlaid logo for certain duration

       1. Go to Settings>Conferences

       2. Select from drop down next to "Overlaid logo duration"

This cannot be done on TPS 8710.

Can we able to change the Lobby Screen Banner to Customised image on the 8710 Blade?

Hi Chris,

We can only enable/disable the lobby screen. As of now there is no provision to upload custom image.

To enable/disable it on Global basis

1. Go to configuration> System settings

  2. Check or uncheck 'Show lobby screen" checkbox

To do it on per conferene basis

   1. Go to configuration for particluar conference

   2.  Select appropriate option from "Show lobby screen" drop down.

Also, you can file feature request through proper channels.
