mse 8710 upgrade

Hi all,

I want to get your idea about upgrading the mse 8710 version from 2.3(1.55) to 3.1(1.97)

This effort needs any key that shlud be renewed?

According to documentations no need.

But I prefer to ask around based on your exprerinces.

Definitely no key required.  The upgrade is really easy, just make sure you upgrade every blade in the cluster.  It's a much easier upgrade than TMS etc.
