Hi,
Is there anyway to configure CMR hybrid to mute all participants on entry into a conference by default. This can be enabled by the host per conference, but we would rather take the human element out of this and have it enabled by default.

Are you asking regarding the TelePresence or WebEx side of the conference or both?
I didn't see an option within WebEx to do this without someone's interaction.
On the TelePresence side, when you scheduled the conference in TMS, you can configure the conference to mute an endpoint's audio on the MCU/TelePresence Server by default under the Connections Settings tab. However, this will only affect endpoints that are added to the conference within TMS, it won't affect ad hoc connections.

Thanks Patrick, It was both and as you say this cannot be done without human intervention. We just have to moderate the conference a lot better.
