@MX 300 G2 update

Hi, I'm trying to activate my MX300 G2, I repressed the activation code from my webex account, when I try to enter it during activation, the device tells me that it is impossible to connect with the sprark.com server. How can I solve the problem?

Check if the device has DNS configured and access to internet.

Make sure your MX300G2 is running a recent software version.   If it's still running on the old TC software it won't be able to.  Even some of the CE8 versions can be problematic.  Recommended that you update to CE9.x (CE9.15.0.11 is the latest as of the date of this post).

How can I download the software or purchase the product? When I try to download it from the related cisco link it gives me this message:
"To Download this software, you must have a valid service contract associated to your Cisco.com profile.
If you do not have a service contract you can get one through:
Your Cisco Account Team if you have a direct purchase agreement with Cisco
Your Cisco Partner or Reseller
Once you have the service contract you must associate your service contract to your Cisco.com user ID with Profile Manager"
