Hello Community Team,
We are deploying an MX 700 Endpoints, TC7.3.2 version registered with CUCM 10.5.2.
The MX has an ISDN link configured on it.
However each time the endpoint is restarted, it lost the IPV6 configuration which is mandatory for the pairing between endpoint and isdn link.
Any idea ?
Thanks in advance,
Nadjia

You will have to enable IPv6 in enterprise parameteres under System for systems in order to have the ISDN link to work after a reboot.

Hi,
Have you enabled ipv6 in your CUCM cluster?

Hi Marius,
Actually I did not perform configuration of the CUCM but I do have the access on it.
Is the Ipv6 mandatory on the cucm ?
Thanks in advance,
Nadjia
