I wanted to know if you can help me if the MX800 has audio processor for echo cancellation or if you can put an external audio processor.

All TelePresence codecs have built-in echo cancellers, the MX800 has eight acoustic echo cancellers, see Table 3 in the MX800 Data Sheet.
