MX800 left monitor issue

Got an MX800 running TC7.3.7.  The Left Monitor no longer display's video, local or remote.  I pull the HDMI cable from the codec and video pops up on right monitor fully functional.   Has anyone else had this issue. 

I have reset the codec, I have re-installed the firmware but still no joy.   The left monitor is getting power just no video. 

I did bypass the hdmi cable from the monitor to the codec with a known good HDMI cable and still no joy.  I did move the hdmi cable from the right monitor to the left monitor and no video.  

I verified both hdmi outputs work from the codec to the right monitor.

Hello Chet,

Please connect your left monitor HDMI directly to a laptop and see if you are getting video or not.

If still not, probably left display has gone faulty and you can raise a RMA with Cisco for this.
