MXP NOT SEEING CONTENT FROM OTHER USER

I have an MXP3000 f9.3.4 firmware.

When someone pushes content I don't see it ...

Most of the newer systems are duo video enabled and I see the content and video from the Codian but on this specific one only the video.

I tried selecting the layout but no change ???

Any idea ??

Chet,

Make sure you have H.239 enabled under the Control Panel and then Presentation Settings.

Chances are H.239 is disabled on the MXP, happened to use a few years ago when we were still using MXPs.

Looks like I don't have the NPP option key in the MXP as I did see in another MXP the DUOVIDEO in the command line help and I do see DUO Video in the Overview of the webpage.

So plan to swap it out and see what happens.
