I am new to TelePresence. I am trying to configure IOS Gatekeeper so that the endpoint registered to it will call out the the endpoints registered to VCS and the endpoints will call each other.
On the VCS, I already got a neighbor zone and search rule set up
I am wondering what needs to be done on the IOS gatekeeper. I know i need a remote zone and prefix on the IOS GK. If you can provide me with the commands needed for this configuration, I will greatly appreciate your help. I know i can go thru the document but it's kind of emergency.

If you have a VCS, why are you registering endpoints to an IOS gatekeeper?

this may help
Just try with these commands first
zone local gk-sj cisco.com zone remote gk-ny cisco.com 172.21.127.27 zone prefix gk-sj 408....... zone prefix gk-ny 212.......
replacing zones, prefixes and ips as necessary.

As Michael already asked same question, is there any particular reason that you need to use IOS gatekeeper and VCS in parallel?
If both are in network reachable from Endpoint/MCU, we recommend use VCS as call control infrastructure back-end (is customer is using CUCM then SIP trunk between VCS so feature on Endpoint and MCU can be maximize).
For neighboring, you will need to configure both IOS gatekeeper and VCS.
VCS: configure “neighbor” zone and search rule pointing to IOS gatekeeper.
IOS gatekeeper: configure Gatekeeper/SIP Server, for more detail please refers to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/video/cuvcm/5_1/administration/guide/gkcfg.html.
