No Audio when on Apple Devices (IPads, Macbook Pros) on SX80 but Windows laptops work

Hello,

We recently had a vendor come out and install several SX80's in our office. For some reason on 2 of the codecs,  we cannot get any audio to play through a directly connected HDMI Laptop or through Apple TV connected to another HDMI port. My AV install vendor is stumped and is asking for suggestions. Only Windows laptops are working fine.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What HDMI ports on the SX80 are you using? have you verified that audio is enabled on the port(s) in question? There are three HDMI inputs on an SX80, I believe audio is disabled on the first two by default (since they are most often used as camera ports).
