No High Definition Feature installation in the Cisco SX20

Dear Support,

I have bought new Cisco SX20 included LIC-SX20-HD license.

When I checked in the configuration status so there is no LIC-SX20-HD installation in the Cisco SX20 as you can see in the attached file.

Question.
1) Does LIC-SX20-HD license should show normally in the configuration page?

2) If Question1 is yes. How can I fix this issue?
