No video when more than 1 Jabber client connects to VCS

We have a SIP trunk from our local CUCM (v10.5) to another (remote  v10.5) CUCM over WAN. The remote CUCM has a SIP trunk to it's VCS. That is the only VCS.

  • When 1 local Jabber client dials to remote CUCM, voice and video are fine.
  • But when 2 or more Jabber clients dials to remote CUCM voice ok but no video.

 

Any advice/suggestions appreciated...

Hi,

 

What is the amount of video bandwidth configured between the following locations?

 

1. Between jabber client on the local CUCM server and the Trunk to the remote CUCM server?

2. Between the Trunk on the remote CUCM server and the Trunk to the remote VCS?

 

If it is set to something low (like 384Kbps), try increasing the amount of bandwidth available for video calls.
