Outlook to close meeting but in TMS booking remains active

Hi,

How are you?

I have an Environment with tmsxe and Exchange 2010. We are using outlook form to booking conference by client.

So, when booking is done the meeting is scheduled with no problem. But when the meeting is closed in client the notice is send and it is done by outlook view, however in Tms the booking remains active.

Any idea about this problem?

We have a similar issue. TMS and TMSXE have just been upgraded from 14.6/4.3 to 15.4/5.4 and now when a conference is cancelled in Outlook which has external addresses in the custom form, the endpoints are removed in TMS but the external addresses remain, leaving the TMS booking active.

e.g. An Outlook booking has 2 x endpoints (shared mailbox resources) and 2 x external SIP addresses (custom form), when the meeting is cancelled, the 2 x endpoints are removed from TMS but not the external addresses.

Removing each external SIP address from the booking removes them from the meeting in TMS, but not during the cancellation process.

I've looked into the VB code and the form design and the TMSXE 5.4 form is the same as the previous versions.

Has anyone had any issues with this with the current versions of TMS (15.4) and TMSXE (5.4)?
