p60 camera issue

Hi,

A p60 camera was connected to SX80 codec with no problem, but when this camera with the same cables connects to CODEC PLUS, "no camera connected" appears. it has image but no control. 

please help.

It means that there is issue with  network cable or network port from the codec side that connected to camera, could you check if the port at  the Codec is blinking or not.

It is likely that the camera has incompatible software on it from when it was connected to the SX80.   You will need to perform a software update on the Codec Plus (with the P60 camera connected) to update the software on the camera to be compatible.
