Hi,How we can downgrade camera 2.5x software? (ttc8-06)we downgraded sx20 codec connected to this camera, codec downgraded but the camera not downgraded.

Hi,We must downgrade sx20 from tc7 to tc6, but not have .pkg file of tc6.and not exist in cisco site.please help to find tc6 for sx20.regards,

Hi,A p60 camera was connected to SX80 codec with no problem, but when this camera with the same cables connects to CODEC PLUS, "no camera connected" appears. it has image but no control. please help.
