Password Reset Not Working

EX60 tells me that The administrator has requested a password change, But when I enter new password and confirm new password. nothing happens.

Can you explain or provide a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I've never heard of or seen an endpoint display a "The administrator has requested a password change" message before.

The Telepresence is still working, But I can no longer log in as Administrator

Okay, an admin or someone with the ability, has went into the codec and selected the option "Require passphrase change on next user sign in" for the admin account.  If you're unable to use your existing password, or change the password using that form, and cannot gain access to the endpoint at all, then the only option is to perform a factory reset.
