phone service jabber in iPhone issue in Over MRA

Hi Guys ,

i have deployed MRA .

everything is fine and works correctly. 

but in my iPhone models phones , there is a problem with it .

in some locations phone service works and the other location does not work.

i got an error in my expressway edge :

tvcs: Event="Inbound TLS Negotiation Error" Service="SIP" Src-ip="XXXX" Src-port="60098" Dst-ip="XXXX" Dst-port="5061" Detail="Timeout" Protocol="TLS" Level="1"

please help me , how can i solve this issue ?

mostlikely a cert issue,

do some detailed logging and or a TCP dump.

also have you added the VCS's cert to the trust store of the iphone?

there is one thing for this issue.

my phone service of iPhone works in some location and countries. and also does not work in other country. i dont know how it s possible .
