We run a Cisco Call Manager version 8.5. We have upgraded from possibly 7.5. We have noticed that some phone that weren't plugged during any of the upgrades are running an older version of software. If they are to old there is no stepped upgrade path. My problem is we have 1,320 phone and i don't know what version the phones are on or where to get a report. Does anyone know of a easy way to get a report for this?

Hi Ryan
You can use my Inventory tool : www.ipcommute.co.uk
It's free. Just point it at your cluster and tell it to go scan.

Ryan,
Given your recent upgrade you might want to also scan to make sure your don't have any phones with ITL issues as well as making it easy to check and upgrade phoen firmware versions.
I suggest you have a look at PhoneView from Unified FX (http://www.unifiedfx.com)
